摘要
目的:分析医护合作、工作投入对护士工作绩效的影响,建立三者的关系模型。方法:采用医护合作量表、Utrecht工作投入量表及护士工作绩效量表对北京市某三级甲等综合性医院的309名护士进行调查。结果:医护合作和工作投入对护士工作绩效存在直接正向影响,医护合作还可通过工作投入的中介作用间接影响护士工作绩效。结论:护理管理者应采取措施促进医护合作,通过增强护士工作投入提高护士的工作绩效。
Objective: To explore the impact of nurse-physician collaboration and job engagement on nurses' work performance, and to establish a model of their relationships. Methods: Totally 309 nurses in a tertiary Grade A hospital in Beijing were recruited and investigated by Nurse-physician Collaboration Scale, the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale, and Work Performance Scale. Results: Both nurse-physician collaboration and job engagement had a direct and positive impact on nurses' work performance. In the meanwhile, job engagement also had a mediating effect between nurse-physician collaboration and nurses' work performance. Conclusion: Nursing administrators should take effective measures to promote the collaboration between nurses and physicians in order to enhance nurses' lob engagement and work performance.
