太极拳人才培养的机遇、挑战与思考

The Opportunity,Challenge and Thinking of Talent Cultivation of Taijiquan

国家《"健康中国2030"规划纲要》文件的发布,为健康产业的发展提供了良好的机遇。这也将成为"十三五"时期乃至更长一段时间内中国经济持续增长的重要力量。太极拳在服务于"健康中国"的建设中,必定迎来太极拳产业发展的良好机遇。文章采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,对太极拳人才培养进行了研究。结果表明:当前太极拳人才培养面临着良好的机遇,但是受太极拳人才结构不均衡、高校太极拳人才培养匮乏等因素的影响,太极人才培养仍然存在着较大阻力。而招生来源、培养目标、学科平台建设、师资等方面的改革,将成为太极拳人才培养的重要路径。

＂National Health China 2030 ＂plan for the introduction of the stralegy, tile health industry is bound to release the tremendous vitality, become a new bright spot of economic development in the future. This will also become an important fbrce in ＂ 13th Five -Year ＂ period and even a longer period of time China sustained eeonomic growth. Taijiquan as a unique way of healthy movement, in the service of ＂ healthy China＂ construction, must usher in a good opportunity for the development of Taijiquan industry. Based on the literature re- view, this paper studies the cultivation of Taijiquan talents by means of logical analysis. The results showed that the Taijiquan training will be faced with the good opportunity; but the in- fluence of Taijiquan talent structure is not balanced, the subject boundary constraints, Taiji indust~, market development and other factors, Tai Chi training still has a large resistance. The source of enrollment, training objectives, disciplinary plattbrm construction, teachers and other aspects of reform, become an important path of personnel training Tai chi.
