摘要
目的系统性介绍簕菜的化学成分、药理作用及其安全性研究进展。方法查阅簕菜的国内外研究资料并进行汇总、综述。结果至目前为止,簕菜中已发现的化学成分主要有酚类、黄酮、皂苷、挥发油、多糖等;同时药理研究表明簕菜具有抗氧化、抗炎与镇痛、抗肿瘤、保护胃黏膜、改善认知障碍及抗抑郁抗焦虑等作用;安全性研究显示簕菜无毒。结论应加大对簕菜的蓝海市场开发,以便更好地利用这一宝贵资源。
OBJECTIVE To systematically introduce the research progress on chemical components, pharmaco- logical effects and security for Acanthopanax trifoliatus. METHODS Consulted Acanthopanax trifoliatus' medical journals in the last ten years and compiled them. RESULTS Up to date, most of the found chemical compostition of Acanthopanax trifoliatus conclude essential Phenols, flavonoid, saponin, oil and polysaccharides; The pharmacal re- searches show that it can antioxidation, anti-inflammatory and analgesia, antitumor, protecting gastric mucosa, improve cognitive impairment, antidepressants and antianxiety;the safety tests of Acanthopanax trifoliatus shows it no toxici- ty. CONCLUSION We should step up to the Acanthopanax trifoliatus' research and development in order to better use of this valuable resource.
