摘要 [目的]应用高效液相色谱法,建立氟唑菌酰胺在土壤与水中残留的分析方法,为氟唑菌酰胺环境残留监测及安全使用提供技术支撑。[方法]采用3种不同提取剂,以超声、多次重复提取的方法,提取土壤中的氟唑菌酰胺残留;水中的氟唑菌酰胺残留采用直接检测的方式。在WondaSil~-C_(18)液相色谱柱,乙腈-水(体积比80∶20)为流动相,波长230 nm条件下,用外标法对氟唑菌酰胺进行定量分析。[结果]氟唑菌酰胺在0.05~100 mg/L质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数分别为0.9999。当水、土壤中添加水平分别为0.1~1.0 mg/L、1.0~10.0 mg/kg时,氟唑菌酰胺平均回收率为81.21%~100.45%,相对标准偏差为0.38%~4.27%。[结论]该方法分析速度快、灵敏度高、重现性好,可用于水和土壤中氟唑菌酰胺残留量的测定。 [Aims] A HPLC method for determination of fluxapyroxad residues in water and soil was developed to provide technical support for monitoring of environmental residue and safe use of fluxapyroxad. [Methods] The fuxapyroxad residues in soil was extracted with three different extraction agents by ultrasonic and multiple extraction. The fuxapyroxad residues in water were detected directly. The quantitative analysis of fiaxapyroxad was conducted with WondaSil -C18 liquid chromatography column as the stationary phase, the mixture ofacetonitrile and water (80:20, by vol) as the mobile phase at 230 nmby external standard method. [Results] The linear correlation coefficient (R2) of this method was 0.9999 when the concentration of fluxapyroxad was 0.05-100 mg/L. The average recoveries of fluxapyroxad in water and soil were 81.21-100.45% and the RSDs were 0.38-4.27% when the spiked levels were 0.1-1.0 mg/L and 1.0-10.0 mg/kg, respectively. [Conclusions] The method is rapid and simple with high sensitivity and good reproducibility, which is suitable for determination of fluxapyroxad residues in water and soil.
