简要介绍了环糊精化学的产生、发展及应用,环糊精化合物的结构及特性。详细介绍了:(1)新型环糊精衍生物的制备、自组装及在医药学中的应用;(2)新型环糊精衍生物的合成及在材料科学中的应用;(3)新型环糊精衍生物的合成及在电化学和分析分离科学中的应用。并对环糊精化学的发展进行了展望。

This paper briefly introduces the generation, development, applications, structures, and properties of eyclodextrin chemistry. Emphases are put on three parts： （ 1 ）preparations and self-assemblies of new cyelodextrin derivatives and their applications in medicine; （2）synthesis of new cyclodextrin derivatives and their applications in material science; （3）synthesis of new cyclodextrin derivatives and their applications in electrochemistry and ana- lytical separation science. Future developments of cyclodextrin chemistry are prospected in the end.
