摘要
我国幼儿教育在获得长足发展的同时,依然面临着突出的供需矛盾,特别是农村幼儿教育,更需要通过布局调整获取发展动力。只有重视农村幼儿园布局调整的目标引领,倡导公平理念,落实系统理念,强化效益理念,建立科学的指标体系,在覆盖半径指标、设施配置指标和规模定额指标等层面提出基本要求,才能有效促进我国农村幼儿教育持续健康发展。
Although the preschool education in our country has achieved rapid development, the contradiction between demand and supply is serious, especially in rural preschool education which needs to be perfected through layout adjustment. To promote the sustainable and healthy development of preschool education in China, some measures are needed, such as paying attention to the goal guidance of the layout adjustment, advocating the idea of education equity, implementing the idea of system, and strengthening the teaching standard concept. It is necessary to establish the scientific index system and put forward the basic requirements in the aspects of coverage radius index, facility allocation and scale quota level.
