摘要
目的研究尿路结石患者采用非增强螺旋CT检测结石CT值对尿路结石体外冲击波碎石(ESWL)后排石效果的预测价值。方法方便选取82例该院2013年9月—2015年9月期间收治的尿路结石患者作为研究对象,所有患者均采用CT检测结石CT值,并进行ESWL治疗。根据治疗后结石排空情况分为结石排空组(n=48)和结石残留组(n=34),统计两组患者基本特征、结石CT值以及能量冲击次数,分析结石CT值对患者ESWL治疗效果的预测价值。结果结石排空组平均CT值、能量平均冲击次数为(581.62±163.44)HU、(1 528.69±463.24)次,结石残留组分别为(1 028.95±256.73)HU、(2 608.35±514.68)次,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论结石CT值可预测尿路结石患者ESWL治疗后结石排空效果,CT值越低,ESWL治疗后结石排空率越高,结石CT值对尿路结石ESWL治疗效果具有重要预测价值。
Objective To research the predicative value of CT value test on the extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy effect of patients with lithangiuria. Methods Conclusion selection 82 cases of patients with lithangiuria admitted and treated in our hospital from September 2013 to September 2015 were selected and the stone CT value was tested by CT, and the patients were treated with ESWL, and the patients were divided into the stone evacuation group with 48 cases and stone residual group with 34 cases according to the stone evacuation conditions, and the basic features, stone CT value and energy impulse frequency of the two groups were counted and the predictive value of stone CT value on the ESWL treatment effect was analyzed. Results The differences in the average CT vale and average energy impulse frequency between the stone evacuation group and the stone residual group were statistically significant [(581.62±163.44)HU,(1 528.69±463.24) vs(1028.95±256.73)HU,(2608.35±514.68)](P<0.05). Conclusion The stone CT value can predict the stone evacuation effect of patients with lithangiuria after the ESWL treatment, the lower the CT value, the higher the stone evacuation rate after the ESWL treatment and the stone CT value is of important predictive value to the lithangiuria ESWL treatment effect.
