"PR-24式"警棍具有执勤时携带方便、实战中攻防兼备、控制方法灵活、押解用法巧妙等特点。技术体系分为技击理论和技术方法两个模块。技击理论指导着技术方法,弥补技术方法理论滞后的发展不足;技术方法对技术理论也有着一定的影响,促进技术理论的可持续性科学发展。技术方法中的基本技法是核心,是对格斗基本功、组合技法运用和实战套路演练的必要补充。

＂PR - 24 type＂ spontoons have many characteristics, such as being easy to carry, having offensiveand defensive capabilities in practice, being flexible to control, and being clever to use. Its technique system is divided into two modules of combat theory and technical methods. The former guides the latter, and compensate for the latter＇s disadvantage; while the latter also has some impact on the former, and promote the sustainable scientific development of the latter. In technique methods, the basic techniques and methods is the core, which is combination of fighting skill, technique and actual combat.
