摘要
产教融合是高职教育发展的必由之路。目前产教融合体系建设存在的主要问题是:国家层面可操作法律政策体系建立还不完善、地方政府的主导作用不明显、产业园区与职业教育存在着地理隔离、中介服务机构体系不健全、高职院校内部运行机制和教育教学体系还不能适应产业的发展。在"十三五"期间,需要建立产教融合的法律法规体系和操作层面的政策体系,构建行业参与产教融合的沟通对话机制,构建校企一体的创新平台和实验教学平台,构建面向行业企业的专业集群,建立产教融合的高职院校人事分配制度、内部管理机制和教学运行机制,加大对产教融合发展工作的宣传力度。

Currently, problems exist such as imperfect policy and regulations geographical separation of industrial park and vocational suitable administrative mechanism and teaching systems Five Year Plan" period, legislative system and operable at the state level, weak local government involvement, institutions, incomplete system of service agencies, un- not matching with industrious sectors, etc. In the " 13th policy system should be set up concerning the teaching- production integration, a dialogue mechanism should be set up between industries and colleges on the issue of teaching-production integration, an innovative and practice teaching platform should be built with collaboration efforts of both colleges and enterprises, a group of majors orientated to specific industrial sectors should be con- structed, personnel management system and teaching management system involving the teaching-production inte- gration should be set up, and more efforts should be made to publicize the conception of teaching-production in- tegration.
