综合护理干预对直肠癌合并糖尿病患者血糖的影响评价

Evaluation of Effect of General Nursing Intervention on the Blood Glucose of Patients with Carcinoma of the Rectum and Diabetes

目的观察且评价对于直肠癌合并糖尿病临床患者予以综合护理干预对血糖的影响。方法选取该院在2013年7月—2016年7月间所收治的直肠癌合并糖尿病患者55例作为临床对象,随机分成对照组、观察组。对照组予以常规护理干预,观察组予以综合护理干预,观察与比较两组血糖影响状况。结果在予以不同的护理干预之后,观察组空腹血糖指标明显比对照组低,经统计学分析,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对直肠癌合并糖尿病临床患者予以综合护理措施干预,可以获取显著的临床效果,有效控制空腹血糖指标,有利于患者机体健康的恢复,可以在临床上进行广泛的推广。

Objective To observe and evaluate the effect of general nursing intervention on the blood glucose of patients with carcinoma of the rectum and diabetes.Methods 55 cases of patients with carcinoma of the rectum and diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital from July 2013 to July 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,the control group adopted the routine nursing intervention,while the observation group adopted the general nursing intervention,and the effect on the blood glucose of the two groups was observed and compared.Results After different nursing interventions,the fasting blood glucose in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group,and the difference between groups was obvious with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The general nursing intervention measures for patients with carcinoma of the rectum and diabetes can obtain an obvious clinical effect,effectively control the fasting blood glucose index and contribute to the recovery of organ health,which can be widely promoted in clinic.
