A Study on Integrated Building

传统建筑的建造方式亟待变革,发展集成建筑是解决现存问题的有效手段之一。首先,对集成建筑的概念进行探讨;然后,选取典型的集成建筑案例进行分析,总结了集成建筑的特点,并对集成建筑按照结构形式分类进行说明;最后,提出需要注重集成建筑的整体设计,完善集成建筑配套的建材体系,优化部品部件生产,推进建筑装修一体化,推动集成建筑的理论成熟与实践发展。

The construction of traditional architecture needs urgent reform, and the integrated architecture is an effective way to solve the problem. Firstly, this paper discusses the concept of integrated building. It then analyzes some typical integrated building cases, puts forward its characteristics as design integration, production industrialization, construction assembly, lightweight structure, space intensification, decoration integration, management information and overall greening, etc., and classifies the integrated building as timber structure, cold-formed steel structure, container structure, light steel frame structure, composite structure, etc. Finally, it raises attention to the overall design of integrated architecture, improvement of the building material system, and optimization of component production in order to promote the integration of building decoration and actively promote Jts theoretical maturity and practical development.
