摘要
擒要基于对当下国际、国内装配式建筑发展状况、未来趋势、技术问题的分析,提出一种适合中国国情、便于在农村推广的新型装配式住宅体系——"板拼式"轻钢装配式住宅体系。通过详细介绍该类住宅结构的拼装过程、关键性构造做法,揭示出这种轻钢装配式住宅较之传统钢结构住宅具有创新性、高效性、成本低等优势,以及良好的发展前景,希望藉此对我国轻钢体系的装配式小住宅的研究和实践提供一管之见。
Through analysis of the current condition, development tendency, and technical issues of the domestic and foreign assembled houses, this paper proposes a house structure system that is compatible with domestic situation and easy to be promoted in rural areas： a ＂board splicing type＂ light steel assembled house structure system. It elaborates the assembly process and key tectonic treatments of such house structure, thereby demonstrating its advantages of innovation, efficiency and low cost comparing with traditional steel structure house, and also its good prospects for development. This will hopefully provide a certain point of view for the research and practice of assembled small house with light steel system in China.
