电大精神是电大建设的核心所在,是电大发展的动力源泉。电大要完成好党的十八大提出的立德树人的根本任务,推动电大教育内涵式发展,最基本的路径就是坚持不懈用社会主义核心价值体系引领电大精神建设。应紧紧抓住社会主义核心价值体系与电大精神凝炼具有高度契合的内在逻辑联系,立足电大发展实际,从人文关怀、思想引导、目标诉求、道德感召、规划布局、制度规范、载体设计、品牌培育等方面着力,统筹规划,多措并举,凝炼培育电大精神,为电大的科学发展注入新的活力。

The spirit of Radio ＆Television University is the core of its construction and the source of the impetuses for its development. To accomplish the fundamental tasks of placing priority on morality education and offering the most suitable education as proposed in the report of the 18th CPC National Congress, and to drive the intensive development of the education offered by Radio ＆Television University, the essential means is to persistently refine the spirit of Radio ＆ Television with socialist core value system as guidance. It is also essential to seize the internal logic connections between the core value system and the spirit refining that well match each other, and step up the efforts in refining the spirit by intensifying humanistic care, ideological guidance, object claim, moral calling, planning, institutional improvement, vehicle design, and brand cultivation based on the actual conditions for the development, so that the scientific development of Radio ＆ Television can gain its renewed vitality.
