摘要
我国公路经过几十年的跨越式发展已逐渐进入养护期,但公路建设、维修及养护过程中产生了大量的废旧沥青混合料,如处理不当将会对环境造成严重污染。目前,对废旧沥青混合料进行厂拌热再生是应用最成熟、最广泛的再生技术,可以有效解决由此带来的环境问题。论文在分析国内外沥青混合料再生技术研究现状的基础上,介绍了沥青混合料厂拌热再生技术的优缺点、再生原理、施工工艺流程、施工生产设备、技术要点等方面内容,提出了目前厂拌热再生技术需进一步研究的问题,为厂拌热再生技术的进一步推广应用提供技术支撑。
After decades of leapfrog development, the highways in our country have stepped into the curing period, a lot of old asphalt mixture produced in the process of highway construction; repair and maintenance will cause serious pollution to the environment if handled properly. At present, the most mature and widely used regeneration technology is to plant-mixed hot recycling of waste asphalt mixture, which could effectively solve the resulting environmental problems. Based on the analysis of current researches on asphalt mixture regeneration technology both home and abroad, this essay introduced different aspects of this technology including its advantage and disadvantage, regeneration theory, technical flow, construction and process equipment and techniques, and also came up with problems need to be addressed regarding the current technology, which will provide technical support for the further popularization and application of this technology.
