摘要
为提高山地城市路网设计的科学性与合理性,将地理信息(GIS)与建筑信息模型(BIM)技术引入到山地城市路网优化设计中来,构建了以道路等建构筑物信息为模型,以三维GIS为模拟分析手段的地理设计方法,实现了在大范围三维GIS场景中BIM要素的可视化模拟与分析。并以重庆港城工业园区B区路网工程为例,使用GIS与BIM技术对该路网进行优化设计,实现了优化后的路网与周边地形、地貌以及地理环境的完美融合,且节省工程投资3.46亿元。
The technology of geographic information system(GIS)and building information model(BIM)was used in the road-network optimization design in mountainous city to improve the design's science and rationality.A geographic design method with roads and buildings information as model and with three-dimensional GIS as simulation analysis tool was established,which achieved the visualization simulation and analysis of BIM elements in large range of three-dimensional GIS scene.The road-network project of B Zone of Gangcheng Industrial Park in Chongqing was selected as a case study.By using GIS and BIM technology to optimize the design of the above road network,the project achieved the perfect integration among the road network,the surrounding terrain,landform and environmental landscape after the optimization.The application of the proposed technology also saved project investment 346 million Yuan.
