浅谈我国预包装食品标签法规体系的演进与现况

Preliminary Discussion on Evolution and Current Situation of Chinese Regulation System for Prepackaged Food Labels

自2015年以来,我国陆续对多部食品相关法律法规进行修订并发布。本文阐述了食品法规新形势下,预包装食品标签内容的变化,为食品生产企业及时规范食品标签、强化自我监管提供参考。

Since 2015, several food related laws and regulations of China have been revised and issued in succession. Under this new situation of food regulations, changes of the content of prepackaged food labels were described so as to provide reference for enterprisers to standardize food labels in a timely manner and strengthen self-regulation.
