摘要 刑法学(分论)案例教学在其教学体系中占有重要位置,在培养卓越法律人才的背景下,完善刑法学(分论)案例教学设计,应着重明确案例教学的内涵和类型,精心选择典型真实适宜的教学案例,认真规范教学案例应用的系列环节,适当兼顾案例教学与课堂理论讲授。 The case educational design of Criminal Law (substantial contents) plays an important role in the education of law undergraduates. On the background of training prominent legal talents, to improve the case educational design of Criminal Law (substantial contents), we should make clear the meaning and kinds of case education, choose carefully the real and appropriate cases, regulate the process of teaching, combine case education and theoretical explanation.
