基于图书馆网站的用户自获取信息服务研究

A Research on Self Access to Information Services of Library Based on Library Websites

新信息环境下,用户依托图书馆网站服务平台获取信息的方式趋于多元化、移动化和智能化,自获取信息服务逐渐成为"互联网+"时代用户利用图书馆的主流。通过对5个典型图书馆的抽样调查,分析总结当前国内用户自获取信息服务的总体情况。在此基础上,结合新信息技术的应用和"互联网+",提出进一步完善用户自获取信息服务的对策。

Under the new information environment, the website service platform are tending to be diversified, ways for the users to access information trom I^brary mobile and intelligent, and self access to information service has gradually become the mainstream of using library for readers in ＂Internet ＋＂ era. Through the spot check o~ 5 typical libraries, this paper analyzes and summarizes the current situation of self access to information service. Based on this, combined with the ＂Internet ＋＂ and the application of new information technology, some measures are proposed to improve the user＇s self access to information service.
