大幅度提高平均期望寿命的关键是老化相关疾病的预防。预防老化性疾病的关键是预防随增龄出现的糖代谢和脂代谢紊乱。改善我们生存的环境和良好的生活方式(后天干预)对提高平均期望寿命极为重要。良好的生活方式包括:心理平衡,营养平衡和适当运动。政府的干预对实现老化性疾病预防战略极为重要。政府干预策略包括:发展经济,改善民生;改善环境;加强基础教育,提高国民素质;加强农村建设,减小期望寿命的地域差距;加强相关研究,政府决策应以科学研究成为基础;依靠"社区"大力发展全民健康事业;大力促进公共体育设施和健身场所的建设。
Key method to prolong average life expectancy is prevention of age-related diseases, while the key to prevent age-related diseases is control of glucose and lipid metabolism disturbance. In order to prolong average life expectancy, it is very important to improve the environment and maintain healthy life styles (behavioral intervention), healthy life styles include: psychological balance, nutrition balance, and proper exercises. Govemment intervention plays an important role in age-related disease prevention. Government intervention strategies include developing economy and improving the people's livelihood; improving environment; enhancing basic education and promoting civil quality; enhancing construction of countryside and closing the gap of life expectancy between urban and countryside; promoting scientific research and decision-making based on scientific research; improving health industry through the development of "community" and accelerating construction of public exercising infrastructure.
