摘要
以我国优秀女子铅球运动员巩立姣推铅球为研究对象,主要运用专家访谈、录像拍摄和视频解析等生物力学测试法等对巩立姣技术进行运动学分析研究。研究表明:相比于2009年第11届全运会,巩立姣在2015年济南大奖赛时后摆、滑步和转换阶段"人-球"系统稳定性提高,躯干下压幅度增大,保持躯干下压能力提高,但滑步距离偏短;巩立姣投掷总时间延长,最后用力单支撑阶段时间得到延长;铅球滑步起投速度得到提高,铅球出手速度不足,最后用力双支用力能力提高,铅球加速技术得到改进,铅球出手角度加大,出手角度还是偏小。巩立姣最后用力阶段左侧支撑不积极,右侧髋部动作速度慢,影响了最后用力效果。
Taking the women elite shot putter GONG Li-jiao as as research object, using the method of expert interviews, video analysis and bio-mechanical testing, this paper makes kinematic analy- sis on technique of GONG Li-jiao. The main conclusions are as follows: GONG Li-jiao backward swing, sliding and transition stage, "body-shot" system movement stability is improved, the angle of trunk inclination amplitude decreases, maintain trunk posture capacity is increased, but The sliding distance is short which is disadvantage; shot putting time is prolonged, single foot support time is longer on the final stage; shot speed is fast in slid stage, release speed decreased and the angle of shot release is bigger. The peak of the shot speed is showed on the final stage, finally double support technique improved The left leg supporting movement is inactive in single support on final stage, the movement accelerate of the right hip is low and decrease the final function
