In recent years, the study found that Curcumin in tur- meric has a variety of pharmacological activities, including anti - tumor, anti- inflammatory, antioxidant and other pharmacological effects. We reviewed the pharmacological activity and mechanism of Curcumin in order to promote the development and utilization of Curcumin.
