摘要
以湖南省4所高职院校834名2016届毕业生为样本,利用问卷调查的方式,对其职业成熟度发展现状及相关影响因素进行研究与探讨。研究发现,当前高职毕业生职业成熟度处于中等偏上水平,职业成熟度在性别、专业类型、学生干部经历、校外兼职经历、社团活动参与经历、校企合作教育经历、奖助学金获得情况、独生子女情况、父母受教育程度间均呈现显著差异性。根据研究结论,文章提出应改进高职学生培养方式,促进学校、企业、家庭、社会共同助力培养人才。
Using a questionnaire, the development and influential factors of career maturity, sampling 834 graduates in 2016 from four higher vocational colleges in Hunan Province, have been studies and explored. The results shows that the current career maturity of higher vocational graduates is over medium level, and that career maturity differ significantly in gender, major types, student cadre experience, part--time experience outside the school, participation experience in community activities, school--enterprise cooperation education experience, scholarships, the only child and the education degree of parents. Basically, this essay puts forward to improve the way of training higher vocational students, and that the schools, enterprises, family and society should cultivate talents together.
