摘要
综述近年来毛细管电泳技术在中药、食品、生物体样品领域的分析应用,毛细管电泳法作为分离分析的一项重要技术,使分析生物分子得以从微升水平进入纳升水平,并使单细胞分析,乃至单分子分析成为可能。进行蛋白质的毛细管电泳分离可以显著提高分析速度和分离效率,在生物活性分子的分离分析中体现出了显著的优越性。
In recent years, capillary electrophoresis technology has been applied widely in the fields of tra- ditional Chinese medicine, food and biological sample analysis. Capillary electrophoresis separation analy- sis is an important technology, which makes biological molecules analysis from the level of edge up into nanoliter level, and makes single cell analysis, even single -molecule analysis possible. The capillary e- lectrophoresis separation of proteins can significantly improve the speed and efficiency, reflecting significant advantages in the separation and analysis of biological active macromolecules.
