响应面法优化复合改性液态骨胶的制备研究

摘要 以硫氰酸铵、甲醇、苯甲酸钠和氯化铝为原料,铝离子、防凝剂为改性剂,采用响应面法制备了改性骨胶大分子;根据单因素试验结果,采用Box-Behnken原理设计了3因素3水平的优化试验,建立了液态骨胶凝固点和黏度的2次多项回归方程。研究结果表明:制备改性骨胶的最佳工艺条件是m(硫氰酸铵)=9.49 g、V(甲醇)=4.6 m L和m(氯化铝)=0.76 g,所得改性骨胶具有凝固点低、黏度高、耐水性好和使用方便等优点;预测优化后骨胶的凝固点为-3.30℃、黏度为9.20 Pa·s,与实测结果基本相符。 With ammonium thiocyanate, methanol, sodium benzoate and aluminium chloride as raw materials, aluminum ion and anti-coagulant as modifiers, a modified bone glue macromolecule was prepared by response surface method. According to the single-factor experiment results, the optimization experiment of three factors- three levels was designed by Box-Behnken principle, and the quadratic multiple regression equation for freezing point and viscosity of liquid bone glue was established. The research results showed that the optimal process conditions of preparing modified bone glue were obtained when ammonium thiocyanate was 9.49 g, methanol was 4.6 mL, and aluminium chloride was 0.76g, so the modified bone glue had the some advantages (such as lower freezing point, higher viscosity, better water resistance, and easy application). The predicted values of freezing point(-3.30℃) and viscosity(9.20 Pa-s) of optimized bone glue were consistent with the measured results.
