江西省监狱医护人员心理健康状况及其影响因素调查

Investigation on mental health status and its influencing factors among medical staff of Bureau of Prison in Jiangxi Province

目的观察江西省监狱医护人员的心理健康状况,分析影响因素,以便制订针对性心理疏导对策,改善其心理健康状况。方法选取2016年7~10月的350名江西省监狱医护人员进行调查,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和Campbell幸福感指数量表对其心理健康状况进行调查,分别开展单因素描述性分析和多因素Logistic回归分析,确定影响江西省监狱医护人员心理健康状况的因素,并根据分析结果制订针对性的心理疏导对策。结果 350名受试者中,问卷回收率为90.86%,共有155名出现心理健康问题。单因素分析结果显示,监狱男性、中年、已婚、本科以下、从事临床工作者较其他人存在更多心理问题;多因素分析结果显示,性别、文化程度、婚姻状况、年龄、工龄均是监狱医护人员产生心理问题的影响因素。结论江西省监狱医护人员心理健康状况不理想,影响因素较多,应当给予针对性心理疏导举措以改善其心理健康状况。

Objective To observe the mental health status of medical staff of Bureau of Prison in Jiangxi Province and analyze the influencing factors,and to develop targeted psychological counseling strategies to improve their psychological health.Methods 350 medical staff of Bureau of Prison in Jiangxi Province from July to October in 2016 were enrolled to investigate,and the mental health status were surveyed by the self-assessment lists of symptom scale （SCL-90） and Campbell happiness index,then the single factor descriptive analysis and multi-factor Logistic regression analysis were carried out to determine the influencing factors among medical staff of Bureau of Prison in Jiangxi Province.The targeted psychological counseling strategies according to the results of the analysis were formulated.Results The recov- ery rate was 90.86% in 350 subjects,among which there were 155 cases With mental health problems.The univariate analysis showed that the male,wrinkly,married,undergTaduate education,clinical prison medical workers had more psy- chological problems.Multivariate analysis showed that both of gender,standard of culture,marital status,age,length of service were the mental health factors that affected the psychological problems of the prison medical staff.Conclusion The mental health status of medical staff of Bureau of Prison in Jiangxi Province is not ideal,and there are many influencing factors,so psychological counseling should be targeted to improve their mental health status.
