摘要
为研究低温胁迫下水培法在苎麻上应用可行性,对10份苎麻种质嫩梢进行水培扦插种植培养,首次研究苎麻水培苗生长在无控温、控湿及加热装置塑料大棚中过冬,其不定根原基、不定根及成活率。结果表明,水培7天后,10份苎麻种质均长出不定根原基,有3份苎麻种质不定根原基生长百分率大于70%,其中‘洞口青皮麻’最高,为100%;不定根与不定根原基呈极显著正相关,相关系数为0.912,有6份苎麻种质不定根生长百分率大于60.00%,生长最好的为‘宜春铜皮青麻’;过冬后,水培苗成活率与不定根原基、不定根呈显著正相关,相关系数分别为0.845和0.811;10份不同基因型水培苗生长分化严重,9份种质成活、1份冻死,‘宜春铜皮青麻’、‘洞口青皮麻’及‘马嘴白麻’成活率较高,分别为75.56%、68.89%、60.00%。
In order to obtain the application feasibility of ramie in hydroponics under low temperature stress, in this study, the tender shoots of 10 ramie germplasms are cultivated in hydroponics under plastic greenhouse which had no devices of temperature control, humidity control or heating. We first studied the growth percentage of adventitious root primordia and adventitious roots of ramie germplasm stems and survival rate of hydroponics ramie. The results showed that the stems of 10 ramie germplasms were all long out of adventitious root primordia in hydroponics after 7 days. The growth rates of adventitious root primordia of 3 ramie germplasms were more than 70%, of which 'Dongkou Qing Pi Ma' was 100%. Adventitious roots had extremely and significantly positive correlation with adventitious root primordia. The correlation coefficient was 0.912. There were six ramie germplasms whose adventitious roots growth rates were more than 60.00%, and the best germplasm was 'Yichun Tong Pi Qing Ma'. After winter, hydroponic seedling survival rates of 10 ramie germplasms had significantly positive correlation with adventitious root primordia and adventitious root. The correlation coefficients were 0.845 and 0.811, respectively. Hydroponic seedlings of 10 ramie germplasms grew differently. The survival rates of ' Yichun Tong Pi Qing Ma', ' Dongkou Qing Pi Ma' and ' Mazui Bai Ma' were better than that of others. The rates were 75.56%, 68.89% and 60.00%, respectively.
