骨碎补药理作用的研究进展

Research Progress in Pharmacological Activities of Rhizoma Drynariae

骨碎补具有疗伤止痛、补肾强骨等功效。近年来国内外学者在抗骨质疏松症、骨损伤修复、护牙健齿、免疫功能调节、抗炎作用、抑制重型颅脑损伤细胞凋亡、治疗斑秃和白癜风以及抗癌作用方面取得了一定的研究成果。文章综述国内外学者对骨碎补药理作用研究的进展,探讨存在的问题和前景,为进一步深入研究骨碎补药理活性的分子机制、临床应用和中药现代化开发提供参考依据。

Rhizoma drynariae ean promote the healing fracture and relieve pain, replenisil the kidney and strengthen the bones. In recent years, scholars in domestic and overseas have achieved certain results in anti - osteoporosis, bone injury repair, tooth protection, immune function regulation, anti - inflammatory, inhibition apoptosis of traumatic brain injury, treatment of alopecia areata and vitiligo and anticancer. This paper summarizes the research progress of the rhizoma drynariae in pharmacological activities by scholars in domestic and overseas. Also tile prospect and lack of current researches in rhizoma drynariae were analyzed. This paper provides ref- erences for further in - depth research of the molecular mechanism of rhizoma drynariae pharmacological ac, tivities, clinical application and modern development of traditional Chinese medicine.
