改良艾灸法治疗耳廓假性囊肿

Modified moxibustion in treatment of auricle pseudocyst

目的对比分析艾灸法与改良艾灸法治疗耳廓假性囊肿的安全性及优缺点。方法将本院2014年7月至2016年2月收治的46例耳廓假性囊肿患者随机分为治疗组27例与对照组19例。治疗组采用改良艾灸法治疗，对照组采用普通艾灸法治疗。以SPSS17．0软件对数据进行统计学分析。结果治疗组治愈率92．5％，有效率100．0％。对照组治愈率为89．4％，有效率100．0％。治疗组囊肿消失时间较对照组短。结论艾灸治疗耳廓假性囊肿安全有效且简便易行、经济实用、无痛苦，治愈率高，尤以改良法为优。

Objective To explore the safeties and effects of moxibustion versus modified moxibustionin the treatment of auricle pseudocyst. Methods 46 patients with aurical pseudocyst treated at our hospital from July, 2014 to February, 2016 were randomly divided into a control group（n=19） and a treatment group（n=27）. The control group was treated with moxibustion twice a day and the treatment group with modified moxibustion twice a day. SPSS 17.0 software was used to analyze the data. Results The cured rate and the total effective rate were 92.5% and 100.0% in the treatment group and were 89.4% and 100.0% in the control group. The for the disappearance of pseudocyst was shorter in the treatment group than in the control group. Conclusions Moxibustion in the treatment of auricle pseudocyst is effective, simple, feasible, economic, practical, and painless and has high cured rate; and modified moxibustion is better.
