摘要
针对现阶段我国大学英语教学中欠缺社会需求研究的现状,采用问卷和访谈等方式从岗位招聘、岗位职能和岗位培训三个角度调查分析了社会用人单位对员工英语能力的需求信息。大学英语教学设计应充分体现岗位的"目标情景需求",依据按需施教的理念,按学生的专业、行业及其将来职业发展方向构建教学目标、课程设计和评估手段,建立多元化、个性化的大学英语教学体系。
This paper points out the inadequate needs analysis for industry-specific English in college English teaching in China. Based on cultural industry, this paper collects industry-specific English needs information from three sources: needs for recruitment, needs for occupational posts and needs for career training. Finally, this paper suggests the idea of laying down various English teaching goals, teaching contents and evaluation methods according to individual needs of English for different industries. It puts forward a level-based college English teaching mode according to English needs in different target situations based on the theory of needs analysis.
