摘要
本文旨在研究菌、酶混合制剂和复合酶制剂处理的水稻秸秆,对肉用绵羊营养物质表观消化率与血清生化指标的影响,进而探索对水稻秸秆有效的生物处理方法。采用单因素试验设计,选取体重为(24±2.42)kg的杜泊×小尾寒羊杂交F1代公羔羊80只,随机分为4个处理,每个处理5个重复,每个重复4只。对照组饲喂干水稻秸秆,处理组Ⅰ饲喂添加菌、酶复合青贮制剂水稻秸秆,处理组Ⅱ饲喂添加酶制剂水稻秸秆,处理组Ⅲ饲喂干羊草,预饲期8 d,正式期为60 d。结果表明:处理组Ⅰ试验羊DM、OM、NDF、ADF消化率较对照组分别提高38.40%、22.02%、50.45%、91.97%(P<0.05),其他指标与羊草组差异不显著(P>0.05);处理组Ⅱ试验羊DM、NDF、ADF消化率较对照组分别提高32.02%、42.24%、100.12%(P<0.05),其他指标均与羊草组差异不显著(P>0.05);处理组Ⅰ、Ⅱ各项指标之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验羊血清生化指标各组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。综上,合理的菌酶配伍或酶制剂的合理组合均有利于促进营养物质的消化利用,效果达到或超过羊草水平。
This experiment was to study the effect of rice straw processed with microbes and enzymes preparation or multienzyme complex on the apparent digestibility of nutrients and serum biochemical parameters in sheep and explore effective biological treatment processes of rice straw.A total of 80 emale lambs of Dorper ×Thin Tail Han F1 crossbred with body weight(24±2.42)kg were divided into 4 groups with 5 replications of 4 lambs in each replication.Lambs in control group fed on dry rice straw,treatment group Ⅰ was fed rice straw processed with microbes and enzymes preparation,treatment group Ⅱ were fed rice straw processed with multienzyme complex,and Leymus Chinensis group.The feeding period were 8 days of adaption and 60 days of trial.Compared with control group,the dry matter(DM),organic matter(OM),neutral detergent fiber(NDF) and acid detergent fiber(ADF) digestibility of sheep in treatment group Ⅰ were significantly increased by 38.40%,22.02%,50.45%,91.97%(P<0.05),and other parameters had no significant difference with those in Leymus Chinensis group besides NDF digestibility(P>0.05);DM,NDF,ADF digestibility of sheep in treatment groupⅡ were significantly increased by 32.02%,42.24%,100.12%(P<0.05),and other parameters had no significant difference with those in Leymus Chinensis group(P>0.05);There was no difference in all digestion parameters between treatment group Ⅰ and Ⅱ(P>0.05).Serum parameters of sheep had no significant difference among all groups(P>0.05).Proper proportion of microbes and enzymes preparation or combination of enzymes preparation can promote the digestion and absorption of nutrients,and reach or even exceed the nutritional level of Leymus Chinensis.
