浮针疗法结合肌肉能量技术治疗肱骨外上髁炎疗效观察

Clinical Observation on External Humeral Epicondylitis Treated by Fu's Subcutanous Needling Combined with Muscle Energy Technique

目的:观察浮针疗法(Fu’s subcutanous needling,FSN)结合肌肉能量技术(muscle energy technique,MET)治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床疗效。方法:将80例患者随机分为浮针组和针灸组,每组40例。浮针组采用FSN结合MET,针灸组采用以阿是穴为主穴的传统针灸疗法。隔日治疗1次,每周治疗3次,共治疗6次。以疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)、日常生活能力(activities of daily living,ADL)评分为观察指标,对两组患者进行治疗前后的疗效评定。结果:(1)治疗后,两组患者的VAS评分均明显降低而ADL评分增高。(2)与针灸组相比,浮针组患者治疗后的VAS评分降低得更加明显而ADL评分增高得更明显。(3)浮针组愈显率和总有效率分别为67.5%(27/40)和90%(36/40),均明显高于针灸组的35%(14/40)和72.5%(29/40)(P<0.05)。(4)治疗后,浮针组痊愈+显效者共计27例,其中治疗3次内愈显19例,占35.71%(19/27),明显高于温针灸组的35.71%(5/14)(P<0.05)。结论:FSN结合MET能够有效肱骨外上髁炎患者的缓解疼痛、恢复其日常生活能力,疗效确切,取效速捷,优于传统针灸疗法。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy on external humeral epicondylitis treated by Fu＇s subcutanous needling（ FSN） combined with muscle energy technique（ MET）. Methods： Eighty patients were randomly divided into FSN group and acupuncture（ Acu） group,40 cases in each one. In FSN group,FSN combined with MET was adopted and traditional acupuncture moxibustion was applied in Acu group. The visual analogue scale（ VAS） and activities of daily living（ ADL） scale were adopted for comparison before and after treatment and the efficacy in two groups was assessed.Results：（1）After treatment,VAS and ADL scores decreased in both groups（ both P〈0. 01）.（2） Compared with Acu group,VAS and ADL scores decreased more in FSN group（ P〈0. 05）.（3）The curative and remarkably efficient rate was67. 5%（ 27/40） in FSN group and the total effective rate was 90%（ 36/40）,which were superior to 35%（ 14/40） and72. 5%（ 29/40） in Acu group（ both P〈0. 05）.（4） There were 27 cases were cured or remarkably improved in FSN group and among them 19 cased were managed within 3 treatments,accounting for 35. 71%（ 19/27）,which was apparently higher than 35. 71%（ 5/14） in Acu group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The FSN combined with MET could effectively and quickly relieve pain and restore elbow motor function in patients with external humeral epicondylitis and its short-term curative effect was superior to conventional acupuncture moxibustion.
