摘要
目的 通过分析感染科护士的特点,观察护士管理中应用人文关怀的效果.方法 选择我院2011年1月1日~2014年12月1日感染科护士82名(均为女性)作为研究对象,将护理人员分为两组,治疗组和对照组.对照组为2012年前未实施人文关怀,护士管理给予常规管理方法,治疗组是2012年后在管理过程中给予人文关怀,半年后对比两组护理人员工作表现以及心理状态等情况.结果 治疗组护士在对其进行管理中加入人文关怀后工作表现优于对照组,且对工作的满意度要显著高于对照组,团队协作、离职率、心态以及差错发生率等都显著低于对照组,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05).结论 感染科患者有传染性,在感染科工作的护士职业风险较大,而且护理人员的工作待遇水平相对较低,导致护士精神紧张甚至自卑等不良心理状态,进而影响护理工作的效果.在对其进行护理管理过程中通过人文关怀使其保持好的心态,为护理人员营造好的工作氛围,利于提高感染科护士的团队协作能力,降低护理人员的差错率,使得其以良好的心态进行工作.因而,在护理管理中应用人文关怀值得推广.
Objective To observe the effect of the application of humanity nursing care for the management of nurses based on the characteristics of nurses in infectious diseases department.Methods A total of 82 cases of female nurses in the department of infectious diseases in our hospital from January 1,2011 to December 1,2014 were selected as the research objects and were divided into a treatment group and a control group.Nurses without being given the humanistic care before 2012 were chosen as the control group and were given the routine management,while those who were given the humanistic care during the management process after 2012 were named as the treatment group.The work performance and the psychological state of the two groups after half a year was compared.Results The work performance of the treatment group after being given the humanistic care during the management of nurses was better than that of the control group,and the satisfaction for work of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the team cooperation,turnover rate,mentality and error rate were significantly lower than that of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusions Patients in the department of infectious diseases were contagious.The nurses' occupational hazards were greatly,and nursing staff's salary levels were relatively low,resulting in mental stress and even some bad psychological state,such as inferiority,which thereby affected the working effect.During the management of nurses,the humanistic care kept nurses maintain a good state of mind,which created a good working atmosphere for the nursing staff and was helpful to improve nurses' team cooperation and reduce the error rate of nursing staff and keep nurses work in a good state of mind.Therefore,it is worthy being popularized.
