社区医务人员徒手心肺复苏术培训的效果 被引量:4

Effect of bare-handed cardiopulmonary resuscitation training for community medical staff

摘要 目的探讨社区医务人员接受徒手心肺复苏术(cardiopulmonary resuscitation,CPR)培训的合理时间和培训效果。方法将2015年5-7月昆山市14个社区服务站参加CPR培训并接受考试的医务人员583名(包括医师、护士、医技)纳入分析,安排设计24场培训活动,前12场为传统教学方法(n=369),后12场为数字密码教学方法(n=214)进行培训。2015年参加培训的551人又接受了2016年3-7月的CPR数字密码培训,最后分别采取理论考试和技能操作考核评估学员在2015年和2016年分别采取传统培训方法和数字密码教学法培训前后CPR的掌握水平。结果 (1)2015年培训后医师、护士、医技的理论成绩和技能操作考核成绩较培训前均有显著提升,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)两种培训方法在CPR操作流程失误率比较,数字密码教学方法较传统教学法各项失误率均较低,差异均有统计学意义(χ~2=2.077,P=0.038);(3)与2015年数字密码培训比较,2016年成绩均有明显提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),学员操作考核及格率达到100%。结论基层社区医务人员掌握CPR技能水平普遍较低,有必要开展持续培训,数字密码培训方式是提升学员掌握CPR应用能力的适宜培训方法。 Objective This study objective was to explore the reasonable time required and the training effect on community medical staff that received cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) training. Methods The study sample comprised a total of 583 medical staff including physicians, nurses and medical technicians, from 14 community service stations in Kunshan City that participated in the training and examination from May to July in 2015. A total of twenty-four sessions of training were conducted; there were 369 participants in 12 sessions using the traditional teaching method (traditional method group), and 214 participants in the other 12 sessions using the digital password teaching method (digital method group). Five hundred and fifty-one people who participated in the training in 2015 received the CPR digital password training from March to July of 2016, and then the two groups underwent both a theoretical examination and technical assessment to evaluate their CPR knowledge and ability. Results (1) The scores of theoretical examinations and technical assessments of physicians, nurses and medical technicians were significantly improved after training (χ2=2.077,P=0.038); (2) The error rate of the digital method group was significantly lower as compared to the traditional method group (P〈0.05); (3) Compared with the results of digital method group in 2015, the scores from 2016 were all significantly higher (P〈0.05). The pass rate of trainees in the technical assessment was 100%. Conclusions The CPR skill level of community medical staff is generally low, and it is necessary to carry out continuous training. The method of digital password training is an appropriate training method to enhance students' ability to learn and maintain their CPR knowledge and skills.
