中药固体制剂溶出度检测方法研究进展

阐述了中药溶出度研究现状,溶出介质的选择,溶出度的检查和检测方法。在溶出度的检查过程中,常用的方法是转篮法、浆法和小杯法。这三种方法具有各自的优缺点,所以我们应该根据不同的制剂来选择不同的检查方法。在溶出度的检查中,不同检测方法适用于不同的制剂,高效液相色谱法和紫外分光光度法是常用的检测方法。溶出度的检查可以使我们更有效合理的使用中药制剂。

The research status of dissolution of traditional Chinese medicine, the choice of the dissolution medium, the dissolution test and the test method were described. In the process of dissolution, the common methods were rotary basket method, slurry method and small cup method. These three methods had their own advantages and disadvantages, so different methods should be chosen according to different preparation methods. In the dissolution test, different detection methods were suitable for different preparations, and HPLC and UV were commonly used. Dissolution of the test can make more effective and rational use in traditional Chinese medicine preparations.
