摘要 针对传统矿井水处理技术存在的基建投资大、运行费用高等问题,研究了矿井水超磁分离净化技术的工艺流程及技术优势。并在石壕煤矿、翟镇煤矿、长城三号煤矿进行了现场应用,对超磁分离净化技术工艺和传统水处理工艺进行技术、经济比较,结果表明,矿井水超磁分离净化技术不仅效率高、占地面积小、设备可靠耐用,而且投资和运行成本低、管理方便,是一种新型的水处理技术,对煤炭行业的技术进步和环保产业发展具有重要的意义。 Aiming at the large capital construction investment and high operation cost in traditional mine water treatment, the process and technical advantages of super magnetic separation purification technology was analyzed. The technology was applied in Shihao Coal Mine, Zhaizhen Coal Mine and Changcheng No. 3 Coal Mine, and the super magnetic separation purification was compared with traditional water treatment in technology and economy. The result shows that, as a new type of water treatment technology, super magnetic separation purification is of high efficiency, small area coverage, reliable and durable equipment, low investment and operation cost, and convenient management.
