基层医疗机构药事管理与合理用药现状及应对思考

目的总结分析基层医疗机构药事管理与合理用药现状,从而给出相关对策,保证基层医疗服务机构用药的合理性。方法由经过培训的调查员对海东市基层医疗机构药事管理与合理用药情况进行调查分析,从而明确海东市基层医疗机构药事管理以及合理用药现状。结果海东市绝大多数基层医疗机构在药事管理和合理用药方面存在着较多问题,比如:缺乏专门的药事管理机构、规章制度不完善、执行力差、抗生素药物使用不合理、限制类药物管理混乱等。结论基层医疗机构药事管理与合理用药方面存在较多问题,影响到基层医疗服务机构的服务能力和服务质量,需要进一步强化管理,实现药事管理和用药管理的规范化。

Objective To summarize the status quo of drug administration and rational drug use in primary health care institutions, and to give relevant measures to ensure the rationality of primary hospital medical service. Methods Through the investigation and analysis on pharmacy management and rational use of drugs in the basic medical institutions in Haidong city, so as to clear the pharmacy management and rational use of drugs in basic medical institutions in Haidong city. Results The vast majority of primary health care institutions in the city in the pharmaceutical management and rational use of drugs there are many problems, such as： the lack of specialized pharmaceutical management agencies, rules and regulations are imperfect, poor execution, antibiotic use is unreasonable, limited drug management confusion. Conclusion There are many problems in the management and rational drug use of primary medical institutions, which affects the service ability and quality of service of primary health care institutions. It needs to strengthen management and realize the standardization of drug administration and drug administration.
