农村低压配网线损管理探讨

Study on Low-Voltage Distribution Line Loss Management in Rural Power Grid

农村低压配电线路线损问题比较突出,严重影响供电企业的效益。笔者从六方面分析影响农村低压配网线损的因素,运用异常线损率数值精确查找造成线损异常的原因,提出通过计量自动化系统查看台区配变终端法、营销系统和仪器仪表处理法、变户关系排查法、计量表计异常排查法等措施降低农村低压配电线路线损,提升农村低压配网线损管理,提高供电企业的经济效益。

The problem of low-voltage distribution line loss in rural areas is serious and greatly affects the efficiency of power supply enterprises. This paper analyzes the factors attributing to such problem from six aspects, and finds out the right cause based on the abnormal line loss rate. It proposes to reduce such loss through GPRS monitoring via measurement automation system, marketing system and instrument processing method, users relationship investigation, and meters ’ abnormal condition investigation method in order to improve the management of rural low-voltage distribution line loss and the economic benefit of power supply enterprises.
