摘要
复合材料螺栓连接具有可靠性高和易检测等优点,是复合材料结构最重要的连接形式。但是由于复合材料的各向异性、脆性以及孔边应力集中的存在,螺栓连接是复合材料结构承载的薄弱环节,已引起研究者广泛关注。本文对复合材料螺栓连接结构的钉载分配测试和分析方法,螺栓连接结构的失效预测方法及设计参数对接头失效的影响研究等进行了简要综述,着重介绍了课题组近年来在这些方面的研究工作。
Bolted composite joints are significant connectors in composite structures due to their highperformance, such as high reliability and easy detection. However, because of the composites anisotropyand brittleness behavior and prominent stress concentration phenomena around the fastener hole, boltedjoints are general weakness of structures and thus attract extensive attention. For bolted composite joints,the test measurement and numerical prediction methods of load distribution, failure prediction methods,and effects of design parameters on the failure of the bolted joints are briefly reviewed. Especially, thereview gives prominence to the work of our research group.
