温阳化瘀祛浊方联合枸橼酸莫沙必利片治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的疗效观察

Clinical observation of Wenyang-huayu-quzhuo formula combined with mosapride citrate tablets on diabetic gastroparesis

目的观察温阳化瘀祛浊方联合枸橼酸莫沙必利片治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的疗效观察。方法将116例糖尿病胃轻瘫(脾胃虚弱兼瘀血停滞证)患者随机分为2组,2组在西医常规治疗的基础上,对照组56例加用枸橼酸莫沙必利片治疗,治疗组60例在对照组治疗基础上加用温阳化瘀祛浊方治疗。2组疗程均为6周。采用多普勒超声检测2组治疗前后胃排空率及胃轻瘫症状严重指数表(GCSI)评分情况。结果治疗组治疗后各时段(30、60 min)胃排空率较本组治疗前明显升高(P<0.05),对照组治疗后各时段胃排空率较本组治疗前有一定程度升高,但比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后治疗组30、60、90 min胃排空率高于对照组同时段(P<0.05)。2组治疗后腹胀、餐后胀满/早饱、恶心呕吐GCSI评分及GCSI总分均较本组治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗后组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组效果优于对照组。结论彩色多普勒超声显示温阳化瘀祛浊方联合枸橼酸莫沙必利片能减轻糖尿病胃轻瘫患者的临床症状,并改善糖尿病胃轻瘫胃排空能力。

Objective To observe the effects of Wenyang - huayu - quzhuo formula combined with mosa- pride citrate tablets （MCT） on the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis （DGP）. Methods 116 DGP patients （weakness of spleen and stomach and stagnation of blood stasis syndrome） were randomly divided into two groups. Both groups received the routine treatment of western medicine. The control group （n = 56） were treated by MCT. The treatment group （ n = 60） was treated by Wenyang - huayu - quzhuo formula on the basis of the control group treatment. The treatment course was 6 months in two groups. The gastric emptying rate and the score of gastroparesis cardinal symptom index （GCSI） before and after treatment were detected by doppler ultrasound in two groups. Results The gastric emptying rate after treatment was obviously increased in treatment group at 30 and 60 min （P 〈 0.05）. The gastric emptying rate after treatment was somewhat increased in control group at each period, and there was no statistical difference on it between before and after treatment （P 〉 0.05 ）. The gastric emptying rate after treatment in treatment group was higher than that in control group at 30 min, 60 min, 90 min. （P 〈 0.05 ）. The scores of GCSI and gastroparesis after treatment were obviously reduced in two groups, and there were statistical differences on those after treatment between the treatment group and control group （P 〈 0.05）. The effect in treatment group was better than that in control group. Conclusion Color doppler ultrasound show that Wenyang - huayu - quzhuo formula combined with MCT can relieve the clinical symptoms of DGP patients, and improve the gastric emptying capacity of DGP
