恩替卡韦治疗失代偿期乙型肝炎肝硬化的临床效果

Clinical effect of entecavir in the treatment of decompensated hepatitis B cirrhosis

目的分析恩替卡韦对失代偿期乙型肝炎肝硬化的治疗效果。方法选取我院收治的68例失代偿期乙型肝炎肝硬化患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组34例。观察组患者使用恩替卡韦治疗,对照组患者采用常规方式治疗,比较两组患者治疗前、后HBeAg阳性血清转换率及HBV DNA、PT、ALB、ALT、T-BIL指标变化情况。结果治疗后,两组患者的HBeAg阳性血清转换率HBV DNA水平明显优于治疗前,且观察组明显优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的PT、ALB、ALT、T-BIL水平均优于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论恩替卡韦治疗失代偿期乙型肝炎肝硬化,具有显著的效果,能有效改善患者的PT、ALB、ALT、T-BIL指标,降低HBeAg阳性血清转换率和HBV DNA水平,值得进一步推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of entecavir in the treatment of decompensated hepatitis B cirrhosis.Methods Sixty-eight cases of patients with decompensated hepatitis B cirrhosis admitted in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 34 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with entecavir, and the control group accepted routine treatment. The cumulative rate of HBeAg seroconversion, the levels of HBV DNA, PT, ALB, ALT and T-BIL before and after treatment of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the cumulative rate of HBeAg seroconversion and levels of HBV DNA of the two groups were better than those before treatment, and those of the observation group were better than the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the levels of HBV DNA, PT, ALB, ALT and T-BIL the two groups were better than those before treatment, and those of the observation group were better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Entecavir in the treatment of decompensated hepatitis B cirrhosis has significant clinical effect, it can effectively improve the levels of PT, ALB, ALT and T-BIL, and reduce the cumulative rate of HBeAg seroconversion and the level of HBV DNA, which is worthy of further promotion.
