摘要
针对渤海湾上钻井过程中出现的井漏等复杂问题,通过采用乙烯基阴、阳、非离子单体与乙烯基有机硅交联稳定剂等的水溶液或聚合物溶液并加入一定量的引发剂,研制出一种新型的粘弹性聚合物堵漏剂DLJ,在地层温度下,可反应形成一种高强度的聚合物粘弹体,对地层具有很强的吸附能力和封堵能力,室内对其配方组成及其影响因素和堵漏效果做了全面的研究,实验结果表明:DLJ堵漏剂对不同渗透率的岩心均具有很好的堵漏效果,其封堵率大于99.99%,突破压力梯度大于18.0 MPa。
Aiming at the complicated problem of drilling fluid leakage in Bohai Bay, a new type of viscoelastic polymer sealing agent DLJ was developed by using water and polymer solution of vinyl anion, cationic non-ionic monomer and vinyl organosilicon cross-linking stabilizer. It can form a strong polymer viscoelastic body with high adsorption capacity and blocking ability to the formation under the formation temperature. The experimental results show that the DLJ plugging agent has good sealing effect on cores with different permeability, and the plugging rate is more than 99.99%,breakthrough pressure gradient is greater than 18.0 MPa.
