摘要 为研究开孔板(PBL)连接件的受剪承载力,在已有试验和理论研究的基础上,分析了单孔PBL连接件的破坏模式及受剪承载力的主要影响因素,并建立开孔钢板厚度不小于9 mm时,单孔PBL连接件考虑侧向约束力的受剪承载力模型。该模型考虑了开孔钢板周围的混凝土包裹、贯通钢筋和试件底面摩擦对PBL连接件提供的较强约束作用,以及由此导致的单孔PBL连接件受剪承载力的提高。通过大量的单孔PBL连接件的受剪试验数据拟合得到单孔PBL连接件的受剪承载力计算公式。该计算公式和已有计算公式的计算值与试验值的对比分析表明,未设置贯通钢筋的试件受剪承载力的离散性较大,而设置贯通钢筋的试件受剪承载力的离散性相对较小;该计算公式能合理考虑混凝土包裹、贯通钢筋和试件底面摩擦对PBL连接件受剪承载力的影响,其计算结果与试验值总体吻合得较好。 Based on previous researches, the failure modes of perfobond rib (PBL) connectors with single hole and parameters affecting the shear strength of PBL connectors were analyzed, and an effective model was developed to estimate shear strength of PBL connectors with single hole where the thickness of steel plate was not smaller than 9 mm. The lateral constraints provided by concrete around the steel plate, perforated rebar and friction on the subface of specimens could restrain the connectors, and enhanCe the shear strength of PBL connectors. The constraining mechanisms of concrete, perforated rebar and friction were considered in the model. Then, the formulas to calculate the shear strength of PBL connectors with single hole was obtained by fitting of experimental data. At last, the shear bearing capacities of these specimens were evaluated by the formulas in this paper and formulas reported before. By comparing calculating results with experimental results, it is found that the model in this paper can consider the influences of concrete around the steel plate, perforated rebar and friction on the subface of specimens rationally, and the calculating results of the proposed formulas agree with experimental results well.
