摘要
目的:探讨五味消毒饮加减治疗痛风性急性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:收治痛风性急性关节炎患者80例,分为中药组与对照组。对照组采用常规西医治疗,中药组在对照组基础上加用五味消毒饮加减治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:中药组治疗总有效率和关节功能恢复优良率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:五味消毒饮加减治疗痛风性急性关节炎的临床疗效显著。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of modified Wuwei Xiaodu decoction in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis.Methods:80 patients with acute gouty arthritis were selected.They were divided into the Chinese medicine group and the control group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine.The Chinese medicine group added modified Wuwei Xiaodu decoction on the basis of the control group.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the Chinese medicine group,the total effective rate and the recovery rate of joint function were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of modified Wuwei Xiaodu decoction in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis was significant.
