新建本科院校应用型人才培养方案设计探索——以四川工商学院为例

Design Exploration of Practical Talent Training Scheme of Newly-built Application-oriented College—Taking Sichuan Business and Technology University as a Case in Point

人才培养方案是学校办学指导思想、办学定位、培养目标、培养规格以及教学模式的纲领性文件;是学校培养人才的顶层设计,教学实施的设计蓝图;也是实施教学过程、开展教学改革和教学管理的基本依据。本文结合作者所在高校的实际阐述了应用型人才培养方案设计中应遵循的六大基本原则,介绍了应用型人才培养方案的培养目标和课程配置及优化人才培养方案的主要举措。

The talent training scheme is the programmatic document of guiding ideology of running school, school -running orientation, cultivation target, cultivation specifications as well as the teaching mode . It is not only the top - level design of school fostering the talent,but also the design blueprint of teaching; meanwhile, it is the bas-ic foundation for the teacher to implement class teaching and carry out curriculum enforcement and curriculum reform. Six basic principles are proposed to follow in the training of application - oriented talents on the basis of the current situation of our college, and some main measures of training target course configuration and optimized talent training scheme are suggested in this article.
