摘要
食育是围绕饮食开展的促进身心健康发展的教育。幼儿园作为保教机构，理应承担起对幼儿进行食育的主要责任。本研究对我国幼儿园开展食育的必要性进行了分析，提出幼儿园可通过配备儿童营养师，通过鼓励教师尝试以环境创设、区角活动、主题活动等多种形式以及巧妙利用餐点时间、开展农艺和烹饪活动、家园合作等途径对幼儿进行食育。
Dietary education is implemented around diet to promote physical and psychological development. As care and ed- ucation institution, a kindergarten ought to take the major responsibility of infants＇ dietary education. This study analyzes the necessity of dietary education in kindergarten in China and suggests some ways for infants＇ dietary education, including envi- ronment, regional activities, theme activities, meal time, agriculture and cooking, and family-kindergarten cooperation.
