摘要
目的:了解云南省全科医师规范化培训教师的带教资质合格情况,分析带教资质的主要构成因素。方法:对云南省6家全科医师临床规范化培训基地和12家基层实践基地中的教师进行问卷调查,调查内容包括社会人口学特征、教学经历、取得合格证书情况、参加培训情况和教学能力自评。采用描述性统计、χ2检验对2种基地中教师的各项带教资质情况进行对比,带教资质的主要构成因素采用主成分分析。结果:临床基地教师带教资质的合格率为16.89%,基层基地教师带教资质的合格率为20.31%;教师带教资质选取4个主成分,累计贡献率为68.56%,第一主成分为教学能力,贡献率为39.18%;第二主成分为合格证书情况,贡献率为13.90%;第三主成分为教学经历,贡献率为8.45%;第四主成分为教师的培训情况,贡献率为7.04%。结论:2种基地教师的带教资质水平普遍偏低,教学能力和取得合格证书的情况为全科医师规范化培训教师带教资质的主要因素。
Objective: To assess the teaching qualification' s eligible status among teachers of general practitioner standardiza- tion training base so as to explore the major factors of teaching qualification. Methods: Teachers from 6 general practitioner stand- ardization training bases and 12 primary practice bases of Yunnan province were asked to complete questionnaires on their demo- graphic characteristics, teaching experience, situation of getting qualification certificate, situation of attending training and self-e- valuation of teaching ability. Descriptive statistics and chi-square test were employed to contrast the teaching qualification' s eligible status of teachers from the two training bases. Principal component analysis (PCA) were employed to test the major factors of teach- ing qualification. Results: The teaching qualification' s eligible rate of clinical training base accounted for 16.89%. The teaching qualification' s eligible rate of primary training base accounted for 20.31%. The cumulative contribution rate of four principal com- ponents analyzed by PCA was 68.56% in 2 kinds of training base. The first principal components was teaching ability and its cumu- lative contribution rate was 39.18%. The second principal components was getting certificate of qualification and its cumulative con- tribution rate was 13.90%. The third principal components was teaching experience and its cumulative contribution rate was 8.45%. The fourth principal components was attending training situation and its cumulative contribution rate was 7.04%. Conclusion: The teachers from clinical training base and primary training base presented low level of teaching qualification' s eligible status. The ma- jor factors of teaching qualification' s eligible status among teachers of general practitioner standardization training base are teaching ability and getting certificate of qualification.
