MDT treatment for primary aidosteronism

原发性醛固酮增多症（简称原醛症）是一种以自主性醛固酮分泌增多、肾素一血管紧张素系统受抑制为特征的肾上腺皮质病变。多学科合作（multidisciplinary team，MDT）整合了临床多个专科的团队优势．对于提高原醛症诊治水平具有重要作用。本文就MDT在原醛症中的应用做一简要述评。

Primary aldosteronism is caused by adrenocortical lesions characterized with autonomous secretion of aldosterone and inhibited renin-angiotensin system. Muhidisciplinary Team （MDT） integrates the ad- vantages of multiple clinical specialists, and is important for improving the diagnosis and treatment of primary aldosteronism. Here, we briefly reviewed the role of MDT in primary aldosteronism.
