我国住院医师规范化培训卫生法学教育的缺失及建议

The Lack and Suggestions of Legal Education of Standardized Training for Resident Doctors in China

住院医师规范化培训是医学生从医学院校毕业后进行继续教育的重要一环,在提升住院医师临床技能的同时,需进一步加强住院医师规范化培训学员法律意识的培养。通过论述我国住院医师规范化培训法制教育的必要性,描述我国住院医师规范化培训法制教育的现状,如培训内容庞杂而培训课时少、培训内容枯燥方式单一、缺乏有效的考核机制等,并提出可行性建议,使学员能够形成正确的职业定位,树立优良的医德医风,实现依法行医,从而促进我国医疗卫生事业的健康发展。

The resident standardization training is very important to continue medical education for the graduated students.With promoting the clinical skills of residents, we should pay more attentions to increase their legal awareness in the resident standardization training.Through discussing the necessity of the legal education in resident standardization training in China, this paper summarized the present problems as the overwhelming complex training contents but less training class time, the boring training contents with single teaching method, and the lack of effective evaluation mechanism.In the end, some suggestions were made, including helping the resident doctors to set up correct professional goals, cultivating good medical moralities, practicing medicine within the law, so as to promote the sound development of medical and health care in China.
