摘要
心力衰竭是许多心血管疾病的最终阶段,严重威胁着人类的健康。大鼠心梗后心衰模型为深入研究心力衰竭的病理生理提供了实验基础。目前制备大鼠心梗后心衰的方法包括冠状动脉结扎、电凝法、冠脉微栓塞法、冷冻法、射频消融等方法,血流动力学、超声心动图及BNP等为筛选合格的心衰模型提供了评价技术手段。本文就大鼠心梗后心衰模型及心功能评价作了简要综述,为心力衰竭研究提供一些线索。
Heart failure (HF) is the result of various cardiovascular diseases, which seriously threatens human health. The model of post-myocardial infarction (post-MI) heart failure rats has provided the experimental basis for the further study of the pathophysiology of heart failure. The methods of heart failure induced by myocardial infarction in rats include coronary artery ligation, coagulation, coronary microembolization, cryoinjury, radiofrequency ablation, etc. Hemodynamic, echocardiography and BNP were the main techniques for screening qualified heart failure models. This review introduces the post-MI heart failure model and the evaluation of its cardiac function to promote the study of heart failure.
