Objective:To analyze the compliance of blood glucose monitoring and its influencing factors in stroke patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods:A total of 89 stroke patients with diabetes mellitus who were enrolled in our hospital from December 2014 to August 2016 were selected as research objects. The prevalence of blood glucose monitoring was evaluated. The compliances of blood glucose monitoring in patients with different gender, age, education, income, ill condition,self-efficacy,mood condition and knowledge of blood glucose monitoring. The relationships between the above factors and compliance of blood glucose monitoring was analyzed by Logistic regression. Results:Among the 89 stoke patients with diabetes mellitus, the high compliance of blood glucose monitoring was 60 patients with the rate of 67.42%.Among them, patients with different gender, age, educational level, income, course of disease,self-efficacy,emotional status and blood glucose monitoring knowledge showed significant differences in blood glucose monitoring compliance.Logistic regression analysis showed that the above eight factors were closely related to the compliance of blood glucose monitoring in such patients( all P〈0.05).Conclusion:The compliance of blood glucose monitoring in stroke patients with diabetes mellitus is still low.Gender, age, educational level, income, duration of disease,self-efficacy,emotional state and knowledge of blood glucose monitoring are important factors and they shall receive targeted intervention.
